We were born and have lived in Chasselas, between the Mâconnais and Beaujolais regions, in the very village where we have our vineyards. We know this area like the back of our hand: no path, no stream, no undergrowth, no scree, no vineyard... is unknown to us...

Although we don't have the same professional backgrounds, our respective skills and experience mean that we complement each other perfectly, with a similar culture and approach to vines and wine.
For us, the balance of the ecosystem in each vineyard is essential if we are to produce balanced wines. We have a duty to protect it and to work with intelligence to ensure that each vine gives the best of itself.

The heritage of our grandparents and parents is fundamental to our approach to the vines and our wines. Every day, as we move forward, we think about the sustainability of our environment. So, while working organically is not an end in itself, it does allow us to question each of our actions on a daily basis.

Vinification is a microbiological process.
It requires carefully considered choices to be made for each of our vintages, in order to obtain wines that are accurate and representative of their terroir.
We can say that we have had a good vintage when, when tasting, you feel the emotion of the terroir from which the wine was born.
