For us, the balance of the ecosystem in each vineyard is essential to producing well-balanced wines. It's up to us to protect it and work intelligently to ensure that each vine gives the best of itself.

It's a long-term project, which Julien began 10 years ago. For him, it's impossible to produce wine without knowing the environment in which the grapes are grown.

With a degree in bio-engineering and environmental engineering, he quickly realised that he could put his knowledge of the vineyard to good use: agronomy, plant and environmental biology in viticulture and microbiology in the cellar.

He is passionate about this approach and it gives meaning to his work as a winegrower.

When Sébastien joined him in 2021, it was to bring his marketing and sales approach. For almost 10 years, he has travelled through many wine-growing regions. It was not by chance that in 2014 they bought a parcel of Bourgogne Blanc and Saint Amour, which he began to work on alongside his commercial activity.

Today, the estate covers 13 hectares between the Mâconnais and Beaujolais regions, with the village of Chasselas always in sight!
They produce Pouilly-Fuissé, including a 1er Cru, Pouilly-Loché, Saint-Véran, Bourgogne Blanc, Beaujolais Blanc and Saint-Amour.^er Cru, Pouilly-Loché, Saint-Véran, Bourgogne Blanc, Beaujolais Blanc et Saint-Amour.

The two brothers know that they complement each other with the same passions: wine... and gastronomy!
