Our flagship Mâconnais appellation became a 1er Cru with the 2020 vintage. Les Chevrières" has lived up to its promise. After ageing on fine lees in oak barrels for 12 months, the result is impressive: a crystalline pale gold colour, great elegance and beautiful complexity, this Pouilly-Fuissé is a constant balancing act.

Is it still necessary to talk about this legendary Pouilly-Loché vineyard? With 50-year-old vines on an 80-acre plot, facing due east and meticulously worked, the result can only be exceptional. This Pouilly-Loché is rated 92/100 by the Revue des Vins de France.

Les Prés Batards
The 50-year-old vines are planted on the slopes of the Arlois, in Chasselas, on a fault line between 2 terroirs, one clay-limestone, the other sandstone. This particular situation and the age of the vines are reflected in the tasting: a deep gold colour with golden highlights; on the palate, precision and power with a beautiful minerality and complexity. This Saint-Véran is "pure".

The vines stretch out like an amphitheatre above the village of Chasselas. It is in this exceptional setting that the grapes ripen, taking full advantage of their terroir and the generous sunshine. In the glass, you'll find all the freshness and power of a Saint-Véran, with good persistence on the palate and great sapidity.

Bourgogne Blanc
Monsieur Jacques
A fine, well-balanced white Burgundy, revealing notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruit. The grapes are harvested by hand in whole bunches and taken to the press. Aged on fine lees for 9 months. Vinification without sulphur, using indigenous yeasts. Light settling.

A Saint-Amour that perfectly reflects its terroir, a parcel of 18.50 ares facing due south. A light red colour with garnet highlights, aromas of crushed strawberries and subtle peppery notes. A jewel of the Beaujolais crus.

Beaujolais Blanc
Le Clos de Rochenoire
A unique white Beaujolais, born from a plot of vines enclosed by murgis and trees. This vineyard is at the foot of a hill, called Roche Noire, because of its volcanic structure. No fining, no filtering, no added sulphite. Pure Chardonnay juice.
